A very thin Carolina was spotted heavily pregnant in a park eating bread and was brought into our care when her kittens were 6 weeks old.
Despite a really tough start in life, and being only around 1 yr old herself, she has been a great mum to her kittens, Jet and Onyx, and really deserves a second chance.
She is very affectionate, calm and gentle, yet playful too. This sweet girl will make someone a lovely lap cat. She can become quite vocal around mealtimes when she is hungry.
As she is very food insecure, she eats her food very fast, as though every meal will be her last! This is not uncommon in cats who have been strays, but as Carolina learns that she’ll never need to go hungry again, this will hopefully reduce.
Carolina would enjoy access to a garden.
Technical bits: Carolina is neutered, microchipped and will be fully vaccinated before homing. She will go home with 5 weeks free insurance.
If you think you can offer gentle Carolina a home and a new start in life, please complete the adoption form below or or email us.
