Cats For Adoption

Cat Profile

Dom and Ollie

Dom (silver and white tabby) and Ollie (silver tabby) are rather beautiful semi-feral 10-month-old bonded brothers. Both are shy and not used to being handled as they were not socialised properly at a young age, but are gentle in nature. Given time and a patient approach, they will settle into their home environment and learn to trust you. Providing lots of safe, warm hiding places will help in this. Whilst they have been in foster care, they have adapted well to household living, and now stay out and about lounging on their sofa and cat bed. They currently have access to a catio via a cat flap in which they love to sunbathe and do some birdwatching!

Dom loves his food and can eat very fast so would benefit from having a slow feeder bowl. A microchip-controlled feeder for Ollie would ensure that he gets his fair share if you are not able to supervise at meal times. They both play together a lot and are very much still kittens, leaping high into the air in excitement or chasing each other. When exhausted, they appreciate a sofa or comfortable chair to snooze on! They also love to use their tall scratching post.

We are looking for a committed and experienced cat person who would like to take on the hugely rewarding challenge of helping Dom and Ollie to continue to gain confidence through love, patience and understanding. The boys will need to be allowed to take things at their own pace. An indoor home with either a conservatory or catio is required, as if they are let free to roam, then you will probably never see them again. No children and no other pets please.

Technical bits: Both cats are neutered and microchipped and will be vaccinated before homing. They will go home with 5 weeks free pet insurance.

If you would like to give these brothers the safe home and second chance that they deserve, complete the adoption form or email us.
