Elsie and Snowie

Elsie and Snowie are not from the same litter, but the circumstances that brought them together have resulted in the blossoming of a beautiful friendship, for within minutes of laying eyes on each other, these two have been firm friends, so will be homed as a pair.

Elsie is around 17 weeks old and is a gorgeously soft, dark tortoiseshell girl, and Snowie is around 15 weeks old and is a pure white boy.

Snowie is incredibly outgoing and immediately assumes that every person he meets is his friend, offering instant purrs, head bumps and trying to sit as close to your face as he can. This boy is a lover! Elsie is a little shyer and more cautious, but once she feels comfortable, is also very affectionate and revels in snuggling up to you. Elsie has an exceptionally soft coat, so is a delight to stroke and shows her pleasure with a very strong purr.

They both spend their day either charging about the place chasing each other, or taking some serious naps, often keeping their foster carer company by sleeping on her desk or helping out by lying on the keyboard.

Elsie loves company but is more independent, whereas Snowie is quite the attention-seeker, so they will require a home where there is someone around a lot of the time, so they have company.

They get along with their fosterer’s cats, and being so young, would likely settle well with a dog. We will also consider applications from homes with older, gentle children. The kittens will require access to safe outside space when they are older, as they are already showing interest in the outside world.

Technical bits: Both kittens are microchipped and have had their first vaccinations. Elsie has been neutered. The successful applicant will be responsible for the neutering of Snowie when he has reached a suitable weight and both kittens’ second vaccinations. They will go home with 5 weeks free insurance.
